TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms & conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are applicable to the first  500  eligible persons (“Winners”) who register on the website “jailer.sunpictures.in” (“Website”) with details are specified hereunder (“Valid Registration(s)”) to be winners (“Winners”) of tickets to audio launch function for the film “Jailer” (hereinafter referred to as the “Audio Launch”) promoted /organized by Sun TV Network Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “STNL”). These Rules may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of STNL.

1. Registration Period: The registrations shall be live/open on the Website for a minimum of 30 minutes till 500 people have registered on _ 24^th day of July, 2023 from 1.00 pm.
   
   
2.  500 Persons registering on the Website shall be eligible to  receive tickets  to the event only if he/she has adhered to the following instructions for Valid Registration:
   
   1. Shall have to be within the first  500 registrations on the Website,
   2. Correct details of full name, father’s name, and mobile number as mentioned in a valid government issued identity proof to be provided.  

3. Once a person registers on the Website, an e-invite to the Audio Launch shall be sent to only Valid Registrations via e- mail or to the registered mobile number two (2) days prior to the Audio Launch.  
   
   
4. Any registrations beyond  500 Valid Registration(s) or after concluding the restricted time (whichever is earlier) a reply message will be sent to the applicants/ registrants stating – “Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we have run out of the allocated 1000 passes for the event” or the registration form will not be accessible to any applicants/registrants.
   
   
5.   Totally 1000 passes are issued to the Winners i.e. Two e-passes to the Audio Launch shall be issued per Valid Registration.  
   
   
6. Any requests for additional tickets shall not be entertained by STNL at any point of time.
   
   
7. The Winners shall be permitted enter into the venue only upon scan and validation of QR Code issued with the invite received by the winners from the address give in the SMS/Whatsapp.
   
   
8. STNL shall not be in any way responsible for any technological failure or glitch in the Website due to any malfunction of backend technology, and resultant inability to register on the Website.
   
   
9. The Winner(s) shall comply with all relevant rules, regulations, safety measures, announcements made during the Audio Launch and any non-adherence shall result in mandatory conformance/penalties/fines.
   
   
10. STNL shall not be liable/responsible for any loss or damage caused to the belongings of the Winners before, during or after the Audio Launch.
    
    
11. All Winners shall ensure that (i) they are vacinnated against Covid-19, (ii) they mandatorily wear face mask during the Audio Launch, and (iii) they follow guidelines issued by the local government authorities to prevent spread of Covid-19. In this regards, STNL shall not be liable for violation of Covid -19 guidelines by the Winners.
    
    
12. STNL shall not be responsible and liable for any loss, damage, injury, ailment, illness, mishap or any force majeure event, i.e. an act of God or any event beyond the control of STNL, either before, during or after the Audio Launch.
    
    
13. Any attempt by a Winner(s) to deliberately damage, threaten or undermine the legitimate operation of the Audio Launch i.e., by consumption of alcohol or drugs in the venue or any other illegal activities during the Audio Launch, usage of abusive or insulting words, gestures or behavior in any way that instigate and/or is likely to cause disruption of the Audio Launch in any manner, etc., shall be asked to leave the venue.
    
    
14. If any of the actions of the Winner(s) causes or leads to violation of criminal and civil laws, STNL reserves the right to seek damages from such Winner(s) to the fullest extent as permitted by law.
    
    
15. Winners may be required by STNL to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and acknowledge that STNL has the absolute and exclusive right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium, mode or format and in any reasonable manner it may deem fit without any consideration or payment of similar nature for such participation.
    
    
16. STNL, its vendor and/or its subsidiaries shall not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss or profits, incurred by the Winners or any third party, whether in connection with this Audio Launch or for breach of any warranty or in tort.
    
    
17. STNL shall give prior information to the Winners pertaining to cancelation, discontinuation, premature withdrawal of Audio Launch.
    
    
18. The Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any dispute, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the Audio Launch shall be referred to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Chennai.
    
    
19. Failure by STNL to enforce any of these Rules in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person. All Winners herein waive to right to any relief under law or equity for non-conformance by STNL to the Rules set out hereunder.
    
    
20. Successful registration on the Website implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions associated with the Audio Launch.
    
    
21. STNL at their sole discretion shall choose the Winners and only the selected Winners shall receive an e-invite for the Audio Launch.
    
    
22. STNL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny the passes or withdraw the e-invite issued to Winners without any reason.
    
    
23. STNL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend any of the above mentioned clauses at any point of time.
